| Who: |
Children
with physical disabilities ages 7-17 who are independent in their
activities of daily living. Summer camp honors the set policies of
the Caring for Kids Program. |

Takes Place: |
A
fun program for kids to participate in a variety of sports and recreation
activities. |
| Cost: |
Registration
Fee is $25 for 1 session. |
| Registration |
Registration
will be held from May 14-June 1, 2007. Due to an overwhelming response
for summer camp, youth will only be able to register for 1 session. |
| Transportation: |
Accessible
buses are available to/from camp to Chicago residents, however restrictions
may apply. Transportation is LIMITED to first come/first serve. |
| Lunch: |
Children
are responsible for bringing their own lunches. Snacks and beverages
will be provided at certain programs. |
| Activities: |
Baseball, bowling,
cycling, tennis, swimming, kayaking, golf, horseback riding, karate
& yoga. |
